Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at www.capecoralmasonry.com or contacting CCM Cape Coral Masonry for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

CCM Cape Coral Masonry provides masonry contractor services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney services, tuckpointing, retaining walls, stone patios, and related masonry work in Cape Coral, Florida and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your project request.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified in writing.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project or if you request changes to the original scope. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.

Estimates are provided free of charge for standard projects. Some complex projects may require a paid consultation, which will be discussed with you in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of invoice date. We will work with you to resolve any billing concerns promptly and fairly.

Project Timeline and Delays

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen complications. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

You are responsible for ensuring access to the work area during scheduled times. Delays caused by lack of access or customer-requested changes may extend the project timeline.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work with a warranty covering both materials and workmanship. Warranty terms are specified in your project contract and vary based on the type of work performed. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing defective work during the warranty period. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

Property Protection

We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work. However, you are responsible for removing or protecting valuable items, plants, or decorations in the work area before we begin. We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damage, but you should notify us of any special concerns before work starts.

Permits and Compliance

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project and ensure all work complies with local building codes. Permit costs are typically included in your project estimate. You are responsible for any HOA approvals or special permissions required by your property.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may receive a full or partial refund of deposits depending on expenses already incurred. Once work has started, you are responsible for payment of completed work and materials purchased.
