Free estimates we provide - whether by phone, email, or in person - are informational and not binding until a written contract or work order is signed by both parties. The following terms apply to our masonry services:

• Scope changes: Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work begins. Additional costs resulting from unforeseen site conditions (e.g., hidden structural damage, soil instability) will be communicated to you before proceeding.
• Payment: Payment terms will be stated in your written agreement. Unpaid balances after the due date may be subject to a service charge consistent with Florida law.
• Customer responsibilities: You agree to provide safe access to the work area, ensure utilities are marked where applicable, and obtain HOA approvals if required by your community prior to work commencing.
• Permits: Where required by Lee County or another applicable local authority, we will pull required permits. Permit costs are your responsibility unless expressly included in the written agreement.

4. Warranty

Warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written service agreement. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in our labor and the materials we supply. It does not cover damage caused by subsequent work performed by other contractors, acts of God, flooding, improper use, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to each manufacturer's terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCM Cape Coral Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services we provide shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
